Buying a hot tub
What size hot tub should I buy?
Match it to how you’ll use it. Two to three seats suit couples, five to seven suit families and entertaining. Think about your space, lounge vs. open seating and how many people soak at once. We’ll help you compare in the showroom.
How do I know if a hot tub is right for me?
Ask where it will go, who will use it, how often and what you want from it (relaxation, therapy, family time). If you’d use it a few times a week, it’s usually worth it.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Most customers are soaking within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on site prep and electrical. We plan both with you up front.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Monthly payment options are available, subject to credit approval. See financing or ask in the showroom.
Care and maintenance
How often should I clean my hot tub?
Test the water two to three times a week, rinse the filter every two weeks, wipe the waterline monthly and drain and clean every three to four months.
How often should I drain my hot tub?
Every three to four months for most owners. Heavy use or hard water may mean more often.
How often should I clean my filter?
Rinse it with a hose every two weeks, deep clean it monthly with filter cleaner and replace it about once a year.
Is professional hot tub service worth it?

What is hydrotherapy?

How long should I stay in a hot tub?
Most people soak 15 to 30 minutes at up to 104°F. Start shorter, stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if you’re pregnant or have a health condition.
